02 · Our Story

Rooted in Ethiopia, poured for the world

Kalab Coffee is a specialty coffee company founded in 2024 in Addis Ababa — where coffee itself was born. We roast in small batches, serve with intent, and pass the craft on through hands-on education.

I'm passionate about specialty coffee, barista education, and creating exceptional coffee experiences.
01
Education
We believe knowledge transforms coffee from a beverage into an experience. Every cup should come with a story.
02
Passion
We are obsessed with the craft — from the soil in Yirgacheffe to the pour angle in your kitchen.
03
Innovation
Coffee is chemistry. We measure, test, and refine every variable so your cup is always better than the last.
03 · Credentials & Awards

Proof in paper — and palate

Every cup at Kalab is backed by licenses from the world's strictest coffee institutions. Not framed for decoration — earned, examined, and renewed.

Great coffee starts with a hello

Order a bag, book a class, or pull up a chair at the bar — three ways in, one obsession.
